Adore Baby Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Ultrasound Appointments

Appointment cancellations, refunds, credits, and complimentary rescan requests are reviewed in a case-by-case basis and are granted at the sole discretion of Adore Baby LLC.

Appointment cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your appointment for a refund.

Because every baby has their own timeline, we cannot guarantee baby's position, cooperation, image quality, facial views, or the specific images or videos that may be obtained during a session. These circumstances alone do not guarantee a refund or rescan.

When appropriate, Adore Baby may choose to offer a complimentary rescan, appointment, credit, partial refund, or full refund. Any accommodation offered in one circumstance does not guarantee the same accommodation  for future appointments.

Once an ultrasound session has been completed, all services rendered are considered final except when Adore Baby determines otherwise.

Heartbeat Animals and gender reveal items

All heartbeat animals and gender reveal items are final sale.

Adore Baby Boutique

All Adore Baby Boutique item sales are final.

Our boutique features speciality, limited quantity, and seasonal merchandise. For this reason, boutique items are not eligible  for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Please carefully review sizing, color, and item selection before completing your purchase.

We understand that unexpected circumstances happen, especially during pregnancy. While these policies help us protect the time, products, and appointments reserved for our customers, we will always do our best to approach individual situations with kindness and understanding.

Any exception to these policies is made solely at the discretion of Adore Baby and doe snot modify our general return, refund, or cancellation policy.
